Homeschool Days: The Industrial Revolution

New discoveries in science and new innovations in technology led to an explosion of machines to revolutionize transportation, factories, farms, and even houses. Andrew Jackson lived at a remarkable time to experience things like railroads, steamships, and telegraphs. Explore these new inventions with us and the scientific principles and discoveries behind them.

Activities are suited for students aged 5-11, from 10:00-1:00 pm. Tickets are $22/adult and $11/student. Children ages 0-4 are free but do require a ticket. Mansion tours are not included, but can be added for $7 each, subject to availability. Leashed dogs and picnics are welcome.
