History in Your Backyard invites you to explore the rich local stories of Nashville's past. On October 1st, you'll hear about Belmont Mansion’s Zoo, the early days of Meharry Medical College, and the Fort Negley African American Bass Street community. The event includes light refreshments and offers a 2.5-hour evening of neighborhood history.
