Four-Course Wine Pairing Dinner
In honor of the Music City Food + Wine Festival, Chef Philippe Chow will personally be onsite to present a curated, seafood-forward menu on Wednesday, April 22nd, complemented by a thoughtful wine pairing and signature enhancements including: Peking Duck and Wagyu Steak. This will be the exclusive menu offered at Philippe Chow Nashville on this special evening.
DETAILS
The four-course dinner is $95 per person, with an optional wine pairing available for an additional $60 per person.
Guests pre-select entrees and dessert, and can add the curated wine pairing and/or signature Peking Duck, carved tableside.

First Course
- Salmon Crudo (paired with Impero Pinot Grigio)
Second Course
- Pear & Arugula Salad (paired with Elemento Pinot Noir)
Third Course (select one)
- Steamed Chilean Seabass Loin. Ginger & Lime Sauce. (gf/sf/df/nf) (paired with William Fevre Chablis)
- Wagyu NY Strip (+30pp) (paired with Fuga Cabernet Sauvignon )
Fourth Course (select one)
- Chocolate Mousse or NY Cheesecake with berry compote (paired with Michele Chiarlo Nivole)
Enhancement: add a Middle Course for the Table
- Peking Duck (+100 per duck)
