Get ready to run, walk, and sparkle at the inaugural 9to5K Run & Walk, a Dolly Parton-inspired event coming to Downtown Nashville on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at 8 a.m. Benefiting United Way of Greater Nashville and Imagination Library of Middle Tennessee, the event brings rhinestones, big hair, and plenty of Dolly-inspired fun to the heart of Music City.
Hosted by Run Nash, the event features a brand-new 5K course through Downtown Nashville, plus a 1-mile option welcoming participants of all ages and abilities. There's something for everyone, including the Dolly Dash kids run, Stiletto Dash, costume contest, and themed photo opportunities.
Participants are encouraged to embrace their inner Dolly and dress in rhinestones, business suits, or full-on country glam. All 5K and Stiletto Dash finishers will receive a commemorative medal and participant T-shirt.
The 5K entry fee is $50, while the Stiletto Dash is $20. Participants can also make an optional donation during registration to support Imagination Library's mission to provide free monthly books to children from birth to age 5 across Middle Tennessee.
