This May, Sunda New Asian honors Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month with a curated, limited-time menu celebrating the stories, traditions, and ingredients of Southeast Asian cuisine.
Rooted in history and shaped by generations of cultural influence, each dish is thoughtfully reimagined through Sunda’s modern lens—bringing together bold flavors, refined technique, and meaningful storytelling.
Featured Specials Include:
• Kinilaw – pressed tuna, pickled vegetables, calamansi coconut dressing
• Lobster Lumpia – a refined take on a Filipino celebration staple
• Okoy Fritter – crispy sweet potato and seasonal vegetables with traditional dipping sauce
