This is a great paddle for those looking to experience the breathtaking views of nature and a chance to explore the rich history of the area. Old Hickory Lake is located in Middle Tennessee, just a short drive outside of Nashville!

Kayaking with us on Old Hickory Lake allows you to observe the diverse wildlife including bald eagles, great blue herons, ospreys, turtles and many more that call the lake home. Our tour guide will lead you along the way, providing interesting facts about the area, and help point out the various wildlife along our paddle. The tour also boasts some of the most scenic views in the area, with tree-lined shores, rocky cliffs, and stunning sunsets that are sure to take your breath away.

We start our paddle at Bledsoe Creek State park which features 57 campsites, as well as over six miles of scenic hiking trails, and venture upstream experiencing the natural beauties of the lake before turning around and taking a leisure paddle back to the park.

Whether you’re an experienced kayaker or a beginner, this is a great time to relax and enjoy what the Tennessee outdoors has to offer!
