The Platinum Ambassador hospitality training program is a member benefit that will provide a comprehensive curriculum about the neighborhoods of Nashville, amazing customer service tips, and our Music City brand.
We have updated our current virtual Platinum Ambassador program to an enhanced version that is user-friendly, convenient, and offers more cohesive content. We are proud to announce that the 2.0 platform is now live!
The curriculum will continue to be presented online through a series of videos that can be watched at your own pace. The virtual platform will allow your staff to view and complete the program during a two-month timeframe once they begin. A training leader from the NCVC will be available to assist and answer questions for your staff.
Upon completion, participants receive a certificate of recognition, a Star Card, and a Music City megaphone lapel pin.
