Attractions and tours have the opportunity to participate in the Total Access Pass program.

Program Overview

The Total Access Pass Program (TAP) provides visitors with the convenience of a combination attraction pass for one discounted price. Visitors have the flexibility to choose six attractions they visit from the list of participating members during their time in Music City. Plus the visitor will receive 6 exclusive deals on 6 additional activities. The Total Access Pass is promoted through NCVC marketing channels and can be purchased on or at the Nashville Visitor Center at Bridgestone Arena, or Guest Services at Fifth + Broadway. The pass is also sold through a select affiliate partners.

How it Works

Visitors get the benefit of purchasing one pass that includes 30+ attractions or tour options to visit while in Music City. All included attractions are discounted from the gate price but these discounts are not shown directly to purchasers. Only the one Total Access Pass price (for 6 attractions plus exclusive deals) is visible to purchasers. Each person must have their own pass and each pass is scanned at the entry to each of 6 chosen attractions. Total Access Passes must be shown for any exclusive deals included with the program.

How Members Participate

The Total Access Pass Program is updated each calendar year. Agreements are renewed or new agreements created in the fall and new materials are printed for the following year. The Total Access Pass is best utilized by NCVC member attractions, tours, and activities. Reimbursement rates vary per participant and are not visible, per attraction, to the purchaser. For each TAP scanned at your attraction/tour, you will be reimbursed by the NCVC according to the annual agreement. Participating businesses are trained on how to accept the Total Access Passes and how to claim reimbursements. For tracking and payment purposes, participants have access to an online tracking program. Using that information, monthly payments are made to reimburse the previous month’s Total Access redemptions.
