Music City Total Access Pass Program

Program Overview

This program provides visitors with a combination attraction pass for one discounted price. Visitors have the flexibility to choose which four attractions they visit from the list of participating members, during their time in Music City. This pass is promoted through NCVC marketing channels and can be purchased on or in one of Nashville’s downtown Visitor Centers. The pass is also sold in 50+ AAA Travel Offices.

How it Works

The Total Access Pass is sold at one convenient price and offers individuals their choice of experiencing 4 places out of a list of 20+ participating attractions and tours. Each person must have their own pass and each pass has 4 tickets to turn in at attractions they choose to visit, along with the bonus tickets mentioned above.

How to Participate

The Total Access Pass is updated each calendar year. Contracts are renewed or created in the fall and new materials are printed for the following year. The Music City Total Access Pass is best utilized by NCVC member attractions and tours. The NCVC will work with you on the reimbursement rate you receive for each ticket collected at your attraction/tour. Participating businesses are then trained on how to accept the tickets and claim reimbursements. For tracking and payment purposes, participants have access to our online ticketing program where they input the unique serial number from the ticket collected. Using that information, monthly payments are made to reimburse the previous month’s Total Access ticket redemptions.
