JINYA Ramen Bar Expands to Tennessee with First Location in Nashville
Popular ramen concept to debut in Music City with downtown location and grand opening celebration.
JINYA Ramen Bar is officially bringing its signature Japanese ramen to Tennessee with the debut of its first-ever location in the state, opening at 415 11th Ave North in Nashville’s vibrant Capitol View neighborhood — just blocks from Broadway and the heart of downtown. Surrounded by a mix of residential, retail and business developments — as well as entertainment destinations like Bridgestone Arena and the Ryman Auditorium — the new restaurant is ideally positioned to serve locals, tourists and downtown professionals alike.
The Nashville opening marks a key moment in JINYA’s continued national expansion, becoming the brand’s first location in Tennessee and the 80th location systemwide. As JINYA continues to grow across the U.S., the brand is excited to introduce its modern, approachable take on Japanese ramen to one of the country’s most exciting culinary destinations.
To celebrate its arrival in Music City, JINYA will host a grand opening event on February 5th, where the first 100 guests will receive a free bowl of ramen to redeem on a future visit.
“We’re proud to plant roots in Nashville as our very first Tennessee location,” said Tomo Takahashi, founder and CEO of JINYA Holdings Inc. “This is a city that embraces bold flavors and diverse food experiences, which makes it the perfect place for us to introduce our modern approach to ramen. We can’t wait to become part of the local food scene.”
Once open, the Nashville location will operate Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
At JINYA, ramen is more than a meal — it’s an experience. Guests can indulge in slow-simmered, thick, flavorful broths perfectly paired with handcrafted noodles. Toppings like tender pork chashu, shrimp wonton and seasoned eggs add depth to every bowl, while small plates and craft beer selections complete the dining experience. With a commitment to authentic flavors and quality ingredients, JINYA brings an elevated take on traditional ramen. JINYA is ramen culture, where the relationship between broth and noodles is at the heart of every dish.
