Halls Catch Introduces A New Menu Inspired by the World's Coasts
Fresh seafood and inventive sushi highlight a globally influenced dinner menu.
NASHVILLE — Halls Catch, Nashville’s destination for fresh seafood, is now serving a refreshed dinner menu. Available in the dining rooms or at the bars, Executive Chef Morgan Lewis maintains the emphasis on sourcing the freshest seafood and premium ingredients available, prepared with bold, globally-inspired flavors and techniques. The result is an exciting lineup of small plates, sushi, seafood entrées, and elevated land-based selections.
Signature starters include Rhode Island Calamari lightly fried and served with pickled peppers, Crispy Lobster Bites served with a Nashville-inspired hot honey mustard, and Caviar Toast made with Kaluga Hybrid caviar. The raw bar and sushi sections offer standout selections such as Yellowfin Tuna Crudo made with pickled shiitake mushrooms and white miso, Hamachi made with Oaxacan aquachile, fresh cilantro, avocado and lime and creative sushi rolls like the Catch Signature Roll made with shrimp tempura and topped with fresh yellowfin tuna, crab salad, scallion, tobiko and a sesame sauce and the Titan Roll made with crab, avocado and salmon, which is sourced upon serving.
Guests seeking heartier fare can indulge in beautifully prepared seafood and steak options including Chilean Sea Bass a la Veracruzana, Atlantic Halibut with golden herb butter, and premium cuts like the Filet Mignon, Japanese A5 Wagyu Filet, and Cowboy Ribeye — each sourced with the same dedication to quality that defines Halls Catch’s cuisine.
Casual yet refined handheld selections round out the menu with offerings like the butter-poached Lobster Roll and the market-favorite Southern Fish Sandwich, while an array of creative sides — from Charred Broccoli with vibrant chermoula made with an array of fresh herbs to Crispy Sweet Potato Wedges with hot honey blue cheese sauce.
The updated dinner menu is now available nightly at Halls Catch and served alongside a menu of nightly features.
