Halls Catch Launches New Caviar-Centric Menu Tomorrow

The West End seafood restaurant debuts a new, elevated menu, anchored by caviar.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Forget happy hour. This is Caviar Hour. Starting Friday, July 18, Halls Catch in Nashville’s West End debuts a refreshed dinner menu anchored by an entirely new “Caviar Celebration” section – just in time for National Caviar Day. The reimagined menu marks the next chapter in Halls Catch’s dedication to exceptional service and celebrating the bounty of the sea.

Executive Chef Morgan Lewis’s unique culinary finesse is evident throughout the new menu, which focuses largely on elevated coastal flavors. Menu highlights from the newly introduced “Caviar Celebration” include Deviled Egg flights, a vegetable sushi roll topped with caviar and served with a sake shot, Chips & Dip with Kennebec Chips made in-house, butter-toasted sweet Buns with caviar and crème fraîche, and a traditional Egg Salad, topped with alternating rows of caviar and brunoise chives.

“The intention behind our caviar menu specifically is to showcase caviar not just as a garnish, but as the centerpiece of bold culinary creativity,” says Executive Chef Morgan Lewis. “Keeping true to our roots, we want to continue creating dining experiences that are both inviting and memorable."

Beyond the caviar-focused menu, guests can enjoy an array of expertly crafted seafood and land-based dishes. Standout seafood offerings include Seafood Stew in Clay - blue crab claws, Marshall Cove mussels, clams, prawns, calamari, halibut, and tagliatelle in a rich tomato-saffron broth, a two-tier Bounty Tower - shrimp, oysters, 1/2 Maine lobster tail, blue crab claws, and halibut ceviche, and a Seared Ahi Tuna Burger - local farm vegetables, bacon XO sauce, and Portuguese sweet bread. For those favoring premium beef selections, dishes featuring Allen Brothers’ beef include a Petite Filet Mignon, a Japanese A5 Wagyu Filet, a large-format Cowboy Ribeye, and a Prime Short Rib.

“In keeping exceptional hospitality as the cornerstone in everything we do, every detail was crafted with our guests in mind,” says Vladimir Simich, General Manager of Halls Catch.
