Fifth + Broadway Brings Vintage-Inspired Photobooths to Downtown Nashville
Photomatica Photo Booths Highlight Nashville’s Country Music Heritage and Status as The Bachelorette Party Capital of U.S.
NASHVILLE – Fifth + Broadway is excited to bring back vintage-style photography with an exciting photobooth installation designed by Photomatica. It honors Nashville’s iconic heritage as Music City while paying tribute to the city’s many famous elements and seamlessly incorporating Fifth + Broadway’s classic branding.
The installation includes two themed photo booths:
- The Model 58, aka “Disco Cowgirl”, is designed to be fun and sassy, its country-western decor plays into Nashville being the bachelorette party capital of the U.S. With open-air seating, it’s perfect for groups to squeeze together for a picture. As country-pop queen Shania Twain says, “Let’s Go Girls!”
- The Model 67, aka “Two Strips, Three Poses, and the Truth”, is a nod to the well-known Harlan Howard phrase defining country music as “three chords and the truth.” This booth highlights Nashville’s timeless and iconic country music heritage while paying homage to Music City with classic Nashville print lettering and posters and its vintage wood exterior.
Above the photo booths, visitors can also pose under a large neon “Music City Photo Booth” sign, crafted by local sign company Joslin Sign. The installation is located on the first-floor atrium leading to Assembly Food Hall and will open to the public in early April.
"Nashville holds a special place in our hearts, so bringing the first fully Photomatica-branded installation here is more than just an expansion—it’s a homecoming,” said Photomatica Cofounder Matt Dewalt. “With Fifth + Broadway as our partner, we’ve infused this installation with the spirit of Music City, blending nostalgia with innovation to create a one-of-a-kind photo experience."
“Creating vibrant experiences that celebrate what makes Nashville special for both locals and visitors is important to Fifth + Broadway,” said Krystin Fisher, marketing director of Fifth + Broadway. “These photo booths not only capture the city’s energy—from its deep Music City roots to its lively nightlife and celebratory spirit—but also turn moments into lasting memories. Photomatica has done an incredible job crafting a fun and memorable way for guests to document their time in Nashville and take a piece of the experience with them.”
