All-Day Neighborhood Restaurant Opens in the Gulch

Silo Brings Community Feel and Local Flavors and All-Day Dining to The Gulch Neighborhood.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Silo, a new all-day dining concept, is now open serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily with an expansive menu curated by Executive Chef David Henriquez. Located in the heart of The Gulch inside the new Canopy Nashville, Silo serves up healthy and approachable fare, crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, alongside a full cocktail list, Yazoo beers, 14-inch Five Points Pizza pies and 8th & Roast coffee.

The new community hot spot boasts a wrap-around, family and dog-friendly patio facing out to Division Street, complete with lush greenery and sun-drenched seating for 22 guests. Inside, the 2,850 sq. foot restaurant accommodates 56 guests with table, booth, lounge seating options, and seating for 22 at the bar. The interior offers the perfect laid-back ambiance with industrial fixtures, soaring ceilings, plush lounge chairs, elegant globe lighting, and cascading ivy and greenery.

Built on the hallowed ground of Yazoo Brewing's former Gulch taproom and brewery, Silo pays homage to the beloved Nashville beer's rich history with a full-scale brewing silo, repurposed as an art installation and hand-painted by Nashville artist Maggie Sanger James. The restaurant exclusively serves Yazoo's iconic brews on tap.

“Silo gives The Gulch a new go-to gathering spot that seamlessly transitions from morning brews and brunch fare, to a lively buzz and hearty meal in the evening. It’s a place that invites you to relax and savor the moment. You'll want to stop by every day, and stick around,” said Executive Chef David Henriquez.

Guests will find a menu of healthy, approachable fare for every hour crafted with locally sourced ingredients. On Silo’s all-day menu, signature mains include the short rib ragout, truffle and Kielbasa fries, mac and cheese croquettes, and Calabrian mussels. For a fresh start to the day, Silo’s brunch highlights feature acai bowls, lemon ricotta pancakes and a sourdough benedict, alongside hot coffee freshly brewed at the restaurant’s onsite 8th & Roast coffee bar.

Other local partners can be found throughout the space, including a signature Five Points Pizza window facing Division Street, offering pizza by-the-slice. The window is open daily, with 14-inch Five Points pies also available to order directly from Silo’s menu or via Canopy’s in-room dining.

Silo is now open with all day service from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily, with brunch served until 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. The Five Points slice window is now open with regular operating hours, with future plans for extended late-night hours on Friday and Saturday nights at a later date.
