About This Spot
Spreading the gospel of whole hog BBQ. A fresh hog goes on the pit each day for the next day, resulting in delicious bar-b-que. We believe in the importance of good technique and doing thing "the right way" and this applies to all our scratch-made sides, sauces and smoked meats. We don't have a freezer. We don't have a microwave. Most importantly, we don't pre-cook anything and heat it back up. Fresh...every single day.
