Inspired by the rich agricultural traditions of Appalachia and the global influences that shape Nashville today, Audrey is a place where food tells stories—of the land, of the season, and of the people behind every ingredient. Led by Chef Sam Jett, Audrey brings together old and new: heirloom ingredients and modern techniques, timeless flavors and unexpected perspectives. The kitchen is rooted in sustainability, sourcing locally (no more than 100 miles from the restaurant) and responsibly to ensure that each dish not only delights but also reflects a commitment to community and craft. Audrey offers a rotating seasonal à la carte menu in addition to a prix-fixe family-style meal for both brunch and dinner service, as well as an extensive food and beverage program including a curated wine list and craft cocktails. Beyond the open-kitchen, Chef Jett pushes the limits of Appalachian food through a state-of-the-art, food-focused research and development lab above the restaurant. While diners can enjoy brunch on weekends and dinner seven days a week, the two-level establishment boasts a variety of private dining spaces for customized events, including a spacious open-kitchen upstairs, a library room, and a bar space.
