Explore Nashville’s craft beer scene on foot – and get paid to share your love of local brews!

About Us:
Music City Brew Hop is Nashville’s original brewery tour company, offering both hop-on/hop-off trolley tours and walking tours that celebrate the city’s booming craft beer culture. Our newest experience, the Hop Walk, takes guests on a 1.5-mile guided stroll to four local breweries, blending great beer with stories of Nashville’s rich brewing history.

Position:
Part-Time Walking Tour Guide
Location: Downtown Nashville / The Gulch area
Availability: Primarily weekends (Friday–Sunday), occasional weekday shifts for private tours
Pay: $20 hourly + tips

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead groups of locals and tourists on a 3-hour walking tour of Nashville breweries.
  • Share stories about the history of brewing, Nashville’s Prohibition past, beer styles, and tasting etiquette.
  • Keep the group engaged, entertained, and safe while navigating between breweries.
  • Coordinate with brewery staff to keep tours on schedule.
  • Represent Music City Brew Hop with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Outgoing personality and strong public speaking skills.
  • Passion for craft beer and Nashville’s local culture (formal beer knowledge or Cicerone certification a plus, but not required).
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to lead tours in various weather conditions.
  • Must be 21+ with a valid ID.
  • Must be comfortable walking 1.5 miles while speaking to groups.
  • Previous tour guiding, hospitality, or performance experience is a plus.

Perks:

  • Free or discounted brewery tours and tastings.
  • Flexible scheduling.
  • Tips in addition to $20 hourly pay.
  • Fun, social work environment centered around Nashville’s craft beer community.
