The dynamic restaurant offers Americana fare expanded into four menus: day, dinner, mid-day, and brunch, paired with a bar program offering everything from draft beers to craft cocktails to a selection of wines by the glass and bottle.

As a Front of House Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading daily front-of-house operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience across multiple spaces — including our dining room, bar, and bowling areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate FOH staff including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support.
  • Maintain a floor presence during peak shifts and drive excellent service.
  • Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate team members.
  • Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and positivity.
  • Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and health code compliance.
  • Coordinate with BOH and events teams for smooth operations.
  • Monitor labor and sales reports to support operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of FOH management experience in a high-volume hospitality setting.
  • Proven ability to lead a team with energy, respect, and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Working knowledge of POS systems and scheduling tools.
  • Beverage experience a plus.
  • TABC certified.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for up to 9 hours (duration of shift).
  • Must lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced environment.
