Pinewood is based on the idea of creating a social gathering “third space” that can accommodate guests’ needs morning, noon, and night. The dynamic restaurant offers Americana fare expanded into four menus: day, dinner, mid-day, and brunch, paired with a bar program offering everything from draft beers to craft cocktails to a selection of wines by the glass and bottle.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all inbound calls, specializing in large party requests of 9+
  • Respond to all inbound Tripleseat and email correspondence within 24 hours
  • Manage voicemails by listening and responding promptly
  • Engage with guests to answer all questions regarding reservations and experiences
  • Communicate daily with Sales and Event Management Team for reservation summary
  • reporting and lead generation opportunities
  • Create and execute outreach initiatives for businesses, hotels, tourism bureaus and
  • other untapped areas of business opportunity
  • Provide daily reporting of incoming guest reviews to the Director of Development and
  • Sales
  • Prompt correspondence between Pinewood and the point of contact of the group
  • Maintains and updates lists of services and pricing options
  • Managing and coordinating tasks to staff and managers before and during events
  • Ability to describe, sell, and showcase various spaces to clients to meet their specific
  • needs
  • Maximize the use of available spaces at Pinewood for group functions
  • Upsell additional venue options and services to guests
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to manage the sales and guest experience process from start to finish

Physical Requirements:

  • This is an in-person job requiring 5 days a week at Pinewood.
  • Open schedule availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time during events.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 20lbs.
