Special Offers Program for NCVC Members

Program Overview

Special Offers is a discount program giving NCVC members the opportunity to target three distinct audiences with potential to patronize Music City organizations and businesses. This program is a FREE BENEFIT to members, further extending the marketing opportunities through NCVC distribution channels.
Special Offers are designed for business types such as attractions, restaurants, services, etc.
Lodging special offers should be submitted through the Leisure Reservations Program.

How it Works

Special offers can be provided for three separate audiences:

- Visitors/Consumers
- NCVC Members

You may submit the same offer for all audiences, a different offer for each, or opt out of offering to a particular audience. Offers may be presented in whatever format will be most successful for your organization (e.g., $2 off; 15% off; BOGO; One Free Appetizer with purchase, etc.). We encourage you to choose a format and price level that will drive additional traffic and incremental sales for your organization.

How to Participate

Offers can be submitted through the Member Portal (click Discounts & Deals, then Special Offers) and changed at any time to allow you to maximize sales opportunities to best fit your business needs. Please allow for three business days from date of submission for new offers to appear live on the website.

• Promotions of special offers at NCVC Visitor Center and Tennessee Welcome Centers

Visitor/Consumer Special Offers:
Fulfillment method will be dependent on business type (e.g., museum admission offer could be redeemed in person at your business). Show or Tour reservations would need to be redeemed by phone or online.

  • In person at business:

    • Redeemed via the printed offer from the visitmusiccity.com website
    • Redeemed via visitor’s mobile device
    • Redeemed via NCVC-sponsored mobile apps on visitor’s mobile device
  • By phone or online:
    • Call business or purchase online with special offer code dictated by business

Member-to-Member Special Offers:

  • In person at business:

    • Redeemed via the printed offer from a “Members-Only” page on visitmusiccity.com
    • Redeemed via visitor’s mobile device
  • By phone or online:
    • Call business or purchase online with special offer code dictated by business
Large Volume Conventions - Special Discounts

Some convention planners request exclusive discounts that are limited to the dates they are in town. Please let us know if you would like to be contacted by the Convention Services Team to provide an exclusive discount for select groups.
