The NFL Draft is coming to Music City April 25-27, 2019! Nashville will be on the national stage and we want to showcase the best of Music City to thousands of new visitors.
We are in the midst of collecting information to build webpages with details about the NFL Draft, special offers at member businesses, other events happening around town, and more. This info and these pages will be promoted via social media, email marketing, and in-person interactions with visitors.
We need your help! See below for information on how to participate and gain more exposure during NFL Draft Week in Nashville.
A great way to invite more guests through your doors during this busy week is to participate in the Discounts & Deals program with a special offer for NFL Draft Week (with the opportunity to place your offer on the Draft app) or by having tickets for sale through all NCVC channels.
To participate in Special Offers, please email email@example.com or submit your deal online.
To participate in Ticket Sales, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Many visitors will want to experience Music City beyond the Draft festivities. If you are open special hours, have an event happening that weekend, or are offering unique Draft-themed features (like Draft cocktails, Football food, etc.), please send details to email@example.com.
If you'd like to offer your venue space for groups interested in booking special events, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
For your convenience, graphics have been created for you to use on social media. Download NFL Draft Social Graphics.

In anticipation of the NFL Draft, local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, as well as nonprofits and the Nashville business community, are partnering in a Human Trafficking Community Campaign. The goals of this campaign are to educate the general public about how to: (1) identify human trafficking; and (2) report human trafficking. Please help us do our part to keep our wonderful city safe and circulate this flyer to prepare your employees for this campaign. This is the information that every partner in the community campaign will use to train employees and to share with the general public on the release date.
More specific training in relation to this campaign is free, quick, and easy. If you would like for the TBI to train or provide human trafficking training materials to your staff, please contact Jason Wilkerson: Jason.email@example.com.
Thank you for circulating this information in preparation for the launch of the Human Trafficking Community Campaign, taking place the week of April 15.
