Leisure Vacation Packages

Hotels, attractions, events, restaurants, and retail partners have the opportunity to participate in a vacation package reservation system managed by aRes Travel.

Program Overview

This program provides potential visitors with simple tools for booking a customized trip on visitmusiccity.com and through the NCVC Customer Service Center. While visitors are exploring destinations, this tool allows them to confirm a trip to Nashville by providing an immediate option to book a pre-defined or customized vacation package. Members are promoted in multiple NCVC marketing outlets and the reservations program provides an additional distribution channel for our lodging and ticket partners. It generates increased brand awareness and incremental revenue through exposure to high volume traffic on www.visitmusiccity.com.

How it Works

Lodging members, attractions, tours, and events have the opportunity to participate in a booking system managed by aRes Travel and promoted through the Nashville CVC marketing channels. Leisure visitors purchase themed packages or choose from a variety of lodging and ticket options to customize a package. Visitors are able to create their “experience” by building vacation packages that fulfill their interests in Music City. Reservations for packages are made through the Nashville CVC Customer Service Center’s toll free number, aRes Travel’s Central Reservation Center, or online through www.visitmusiccity.com.

How to Participate

Vacation packages consist of a minimum one-night lodging reservation plus an attraction, tour, or event ticket. The NCVC will build themed packages based on visitor interest, and lodging partners will automatically be included through aRes Travel’s lodging agreements (See Leisure Reservations). Hotels and lodging members that offer specialized packages are also able to take advantage of the aRes system to promote and sell through the NCVC distribution channel. Restaurants, local retailers, and other members may also participate by providing a gift certificate or related item for inclusion in vacation packages. An NCVC Visitor Services Representative will contact lodging and ticket partners with details on opportunities to participate in vacation packages.

How Visitors Find Vacation Packages

Vacation Packages are promoted in multiple places on the NCVC website where visitors can book packages online anytime or they may call 1-800-657-6910 for personal assistance through the Customer Service Center, Monday–Friday 8am-5pm. On weekdays after hours and on weekends, visitors may call the aRes Travel Call Center.

Who to Contact

The NCVC Visitor Services team acts as a liaison between aRes Travel and package partners. Members will have a primary NCVC contact and will be provided with a current aRes account manager when participation is confirmed.
