Nashville, Tenn. - November 2019 - Headquarters Beercade is thrilled to announce the return of Reindeer Games, an immersive holiday pop-up bar that will take over their space from November 22 through the 2020 New Year’s festivities. Located in the heart of SoBro at 114 2nd Ave South, Nashville’s biggest arcade bar will literally deck the halls, transforming into a winter wonderland featuring over-the-top decorations, interactive installations, holiday-inspired cocktails and much more.
Reindeer Games will completely take over the two-story, 6,500 square foot space turning traditional holiday decor turned on its head - every inch has been curated to create a mesmerizingly unique holiday experience. Over 5,000 lights, 12-foot wreaths and a 12-foot Santa Claus will dazzle patrons at HQ’s entrance, welcoming them in through a tunnel made from Christmas lights. Once inside, they can expect floor to ceiling decorations including walls adorned with 3D displays of Christmas trees, thousands of ornaments, 2,000 feet of twinkle lights illuminating the ceiling, 1,500 feet of garland draped across archways and life-size toy soldiers stationed throughout the space.
Reindeer Games will also feature many experiential photo-perfect moments, like side-by-side ‘Naughty’ and ‘Nice’ neon thrones, and a ‘Grandma Got Run over By a Reindeer’ flying sleigh. There will also be activations inspired by cult-favorite Christmas films including National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas and more.
The specialty cocktail menu will feature creative riffs on classic Christmas drinks and holiday flavors including:
- Jack’d Skellington,
Cranberry infused gin, lime served with a gingerbread cookie - Naughty List,
Rye whiskey, maple syrup, oloroso sherry, almond milk topped with white cotton candy and coconut snow - Pumpkin Spice Hot Toddy,
Bourbon, honey, lemon, and pumpkin spice, served warm - Red Ryder Rosé,
Spiced rosé, pear brandy served warm with cinnamon and candied almonds - White Christmas,
Vodka, mint and chocolate liqueurs, coconut cream served with grasshopper cookie rim - Santa’s Snack,
Spiked chocolate milk with Nutella and candy cane infused vodka served with six chocolate chip cookies
In addition to the over-the-top decor and special menus, Reindeer Games will offer 30 days of events and deals throughout the pop-up, including weekly ugly sweater contests, Sleigh It Saturday dance parties, Charlie Brown Christmas dog adoption event, and a Night Before Christmas drag show. Reindeer Games will be open every Monday-Thursday from 4pm-3am and every Friday-Sunday from 12pm-3am (including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day). Reservations are encouraged for groups of five or more and large group or corporate party packages are available upon request.
Headquarters Beercade will still be decked out with 20+ vintage arcade games for guests to enjoy during the Reindeer Games pop-up.
