Nashville’s Newest Eatery to Serve a Southern Dim Sum-Style Brunch with Live Music Starting July 16

Henley, the newly opened modern American brasserie located in Midtown, is launching its Sunday brunch service, which will feature a Southern dim sum-style menu. Executive chef RJ Cooper’s approachable, yet inventive, cooking style will translate into small dim sum-style plates all priced under $10. The menu will change from week to week, allowing Chef RJ to flex his culinary muscles and bring fresh, new menu items to the table. Options like the bright Heirloom Tomatoes with buttermilk ricotta, citrus begonia and Lindera Farm wild rose vinegar or the savory Duck Sausage Gravy with a buttermilk chive biscuit and a sunny side duck egg are stand outs from the first menu which also features a select number of communal large format options.
The brunch cocktail menu will focus on head bartender Jon Howard’s take on a mix of classic sippers and Henley originals. Drinks like the always refreshing Aperol Spritz and the tangy Dante’s Salty Dog appear on the classics side plus the tequila-forward Mellow Yellow and the vodka-based Long Weekend are standouts on from the original Henley cocktail menu.
Each brunch service will feature impromptu jam sessions by the Henley team, local singer/songwriters, and our guests! The food menu will rotate weekly and mimic the improvisational music that influences Chef RJ on a daily basis. Reservations are available via henleynashville.com and on Open Table.
