WHAT: Chauhan Ale & Masala House is getting festive this holiday season with special menus for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve as well as unique gifts that are sure to please the foodie on every list.
Gift givers can purchase Chauhan Ale & Masala House’s Complete Holiday Signature Tier. For $90, the package includes a signed copy of Chef Chauhan’s cookbook Flavors of My World (can be personalized with advance notice), Chef Chauhan's Spice Rescue, Chauhan Ale & Masala House's Ghost Pepper Sauce, a Masala Dabba with signature spices used daily in our kitchen and Chauhan Ale & Masala House Mug filled with Masala Chai recipe and ingredients.
Additionally, tickets for Chef Chauhan’s 2016 Cooking Classes are available for purchase for $129 (includes tax and gratuity). Each of the 10 classes will be themed so guest can enjoy multiple classes and learn new recipes each time.
Chef Chauhan's Infamous Holiday Cake is also available for purchase as a gift or for a holiday meal. Made with bourbon, aged spices, fruit, and a lot of love, the cake is $15 and serves six to eight people. The restaurant will be taking shipped orders until Dec. 19 and pick-up orders until Dec. 23. Reserved cakes will be available for pickup Dec. 19-23.

For Christmas Eve dinner (4pm-9pm), in addition to the regular menu, there will be several special additions:
- Cherry and Ham samosa with pineapple chutney
- Apple Brandy glazed pistachio crusted pork tenderloin, charred Brussels cranberry sprouts, chestnut and cranberry pulao
- Bourbon soaked fruit cake topped with eggnog ice cream, candy cane brit
- Each table will also receive complimentary cookies and carrots for Santa and his reindeer
For New Year’s Eve, the restaurant will celebrate with “Carnival at Chauhan,” complete with a fortune teller and henna artist. A 5-course prix-fixe menu ($75) with optional beverage pairing ($35), including a champagne toast at midnight, will be offered for dining room reservations from 5pm-12am. The bar will be open from 5pm-1am, serving a special limited menu including favorites such as Gol Guppa Shots, Hot Chicken Pakoras, Chicken Tikka Masala and more. The 5-course prix-fixe menu is as follows:
