Bound’ry Celebrates 20 Years on Nashville Restaurant Scene
20 Days of Celebration and Special Menu of Classics and New Favorites
NASHVILLE (Jan. 14, 2015) – Beginning Monday, Jan. 12 through Saturday, Jan. 31, Bound’ry will roll out a special dinner menu and weekly specials celebrating 20 excellent years on the Nashville dining scene. Chef Philip Shyatt designed the menu to highlight diner favorites from the past, incorporating his own influence and modern touch. Additional celebratory specials at Bound’ry will be announced weekly via Facebook along with guest bartender pop-ups, occurring throughout the month as alumni of the Bound’ry bar return for the festivities and serve up the classics.
In winter 2006, restaurateurs Brian Gruber and Joe Davis established Bound’ry as one of Nashville’s early chef-driven fine dining restaurants, Bound’ry. Their plan was to create a restaurant that would weather the fast-paced, quick-turnover world of the F&B industry by providing a consistently comfortable, yet progressive, and unforgettable dining experience. Twenty years later and with the addition of head chef Philip Shyatt in 2012, they’ve maintained the same high standard for exceptional dining and service with a modern, balanced menu with emphasis on farm-fresh vegetables, distinctive game proteins, from-scratch recipes and unique selections for numerous carving stations as well as an award-winning dessert program. Over the last 20 years, Bound’ry has been an integral part of Nashville’s fine dining scene that continues to progress and remains a catalyst for the developing dining community.
