The event will give guests a chance to experience many of Nashville's most unique and creative offerings with a food truck court, local artisan market and an outdoor stage with performances by The Delta Saints, with songs from their new album, "Monte Vista" (out April 28) including their new single, "California," Waker, Luthi, Okey Dokey, Lister Brothers and Mr. Steve.
"Nashville is blooming and it's time to celebrate with great music, great food and great artisans at the return of the 5th Annual Spring Block Party," said Chris Cobb, co-owner of Marathon Music Works. "Our goal is to put together an event each year that locals can be proud to call their own. We hope folks will also come down early to explore the shops, distilleries and history of one of the coolest neighborhoods in the city."
"This is one event that we love doing because it is right outside our door. It brings together neighborhood businesses and emphasizes the charm of Marathon Village," added Gary Kraen, V.P of Operations & Programming for Lightning 100. "And this year, we have pulled together some of the most exciting, local artists that Lightning 100 has been proud to support. It will be an amazing night."
Inside Marathon Music Works, attendees will have the opportunity to shop locally-owned and locally-loved businesses at the Indie Nash Spring Market presented by Indie Nashville. Indoor and outdoor bars, main stage access, artisan market, restrooms and the food truck court including Funk Seoul Brother, Hoss Loaded Burgers, Smoke Et Al, HiFi Cookies and more will all be available to general admission ticket holders for $15.
