CENTENNIAL CRAFT FEST TO BE HELD ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 21
NASHVILLE, TN – (OCTOBER 6, 2017) – The Conservancy for the Parthenon and Centennial Park, which recently completed a successful Musicians Corner season, is presenting the second annual Centennial Craft Fest in Centennial Park on Saturday, October 21 from 10 AM – 5 PM.
“Centennial Craft Fest provides us with the opportunity to showcase the craftsmanship of our local artisan community,” said John Tumminelllo, Vice President of The Conservancy. “It’s another chance for Nashvillians to spend a Saturday afternoon in our fabulous Musicians Corner space in Centennial Park.”
Centennial Craft Fest will host over 60 local craft vendors at the event. There will be live music throughout the day curated by Musicians Corner, which will feature Carey Ott, The Daybreaks, Emily Earle, Bentley Caldwell, Josie Dunn, and New North (Damien Horne & Krista Marie). The Conservancy’s Kidsville program will offer fall craft activities including pumpkin art and leaf crowns. There will also be a dozen food trucks and vendors on site, plus a Beer Garden.
Centennial Craft Fest will take place in the Musicians Corner area of Centennial Park, located on the corner of West End Avenue and 27th Ave. N.
The Conservancy for the Parthenon and Centennial Park is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Its mission is to preserve, enhance and share the Parthenon and Centennial Park so that all future generations may benefit from these enriching cultural and educational landmarks.
