Southern Spoon is a unique restaurant, catering and food truck business owned and operated by husband and wife team Adam and Crystal Barnes. The company delights guests with southern fusion food, taking well-known dishes and putting a creative spin on traditional flavors and presentations. Founded in 2008, Southern Spoon originated as a catering company. Ten years later they opened a food truck serving the greater Nashville area. In the Fall of 2022 you can now visit their physical location in Smyrna, TN.
