Some roads and parking will be closed around the event date. See the list of Road Closures. The Tennessee Highway Safety Office wants to remind you this 4th of July Holiday to drive safely. Buckle up…every trip…every time. Click It or Ticket!
Vehicle parking will be available at Nissan Stadium for $10 at Lots A, B, C, D, E, F and N (lots A, D, N, E, and P will open at 6am and lots B, C, and F will open at 2pm); $40 for RV parking in Lot P; $15 for vehicles at the Metro Courthouse Garage; $14 at Nashville Public Library Downtown ($10 after 5pm); and $15 at the Music City Center.
Parking will be available for $10 at Richard Fulton Campus, where the employee garage and surface lots will be open for parking. The Campus is located at 800 Second Avenue South. The main entrance is located on Lindsley Avenue. They will also offer Optional Shuttle Service for $5 per car from 12 p.m. until 11 p.m., with pick up and drop off at Korean Veterans Boulevard between First Avenue and Second Avenue.

Taxis can drop off and pick up attendees on Seventh Avenue South at Broadway.
Three Ride Share locations will be available to attendees:
- Korean Veteran Boulevard from Second Avenue to Eighth Avenue at the bagged meters (both North and South sides of the street)
- Deaderick Street from Third Avenue to Sixth Avenue at the bagged meters (both North and South sides of the street)
- James Robertson Parkway from Third Avenue to Gay Street at the bagged meters (both North and South sides of the street)
Music City Star: A total of 950 tickets were released for the Regional Transportation Authority of Middle Tennessee’s (RTA) July 4th Music City Star train. Round-trip tickets cost $15 plus an $0.88 processing fee and are available for purchase through the Music City Star website at musiccitystar.org or at ticketsnashville.com with a credit card. Tickets will be on sale until 24 hours prior to departure or until they are sold out, whichever comes first. Tickets will not be for sale July 4 on the platforms. Parking is free at all the outlying stations.
MTA Buses: Many of the routes are on major corridors and will operate on a Sunday/Holiday schedule with extended service to get customers home after the fireworks. The last buses of the day will depart at 9:15 p.m. from Music City Central, 400 Charlotte Avenue. After the fireworks, the last buses of the day will depart at 10:30 p.m. from Broadway in front of Hume-Fogg Magnet School, between Seventh and Eighth Avenue. Regular fares will be in effect – $1.70 for adults, $1 for youth age 19 and younger, 85 cents for seniors, and no charge for children age 4 and younger. Due to street closures, some buses will be on detours; however, many will operate on extended schedules:

Passengers may ride into Downtown on any of the routes listed above and may exit the bus at any MTA bus stop served by the route or at Music City Central.
Park and Ride: MTA has partnered with the following businesses to offer Free Park & Ride lots at the following locations on bus routes:
• Vanderbilt University Lots on Natchez Trace (Routes 3 and 5)
• MTA Bellevue Park & Ride (Route 5)
• Hillwood at Nashville West Shopping Center (Route 10)
• Dollar General at Hickory Plaza (Route 52)
• Global Mall at the Crossings (Route 15)
• Kmart on Gallatin Pike (Route 26)
