POSITION SUMMARY: The Account Manager / Weddings, is responsible for managing existing client accounts, maintaining client relationships, overseeing the sales process for new related business, and acting as a point of contact for all related account matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage existing book of high-touch wedding venue business for long-term success.
  • Work closely with event planners to effectively manage all transportation aspects of the wedding event.

·       Prepare and present quotes/proposals to prospective customers to include preparation of estimates as related to the proposal process.

·       Organize and manage all event details with appropriate team members.

·       Grow existing relationships with current partners and develop new partnerships.

·       Attend meetings or networking functions that will increase visibility and build partnerships.

·       Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot problems that may arise on event day.

·       Provide clients with an exceptional experience through every interaction.

·       On site visits to wedding venues to ensure appropriate transportation services are offered and provided.

·       Communicate in a clear, concise, respectful manner and ensure positive communications (verbal and written) with all internal and external customer interactions.

·       Enter all client information into our current CRM to track customers, prospects and projects.

·       Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing transportation needs specific to wedding venues, events in hospitality or related experience.
  • Proven project managements skills with close attention to detail.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Has an " extra mile " attitude and provides courteous, friendly service to our customers.
  • Ability to utilize technology including MS Office and CRM database and quickly adapt to multiple platforms.
