Nashville's First Saturday Art Crawls

Step inside Music City's art world every month at art crawls in two distinct Nashville neighborhoods. The First Saturday Art Crawl Downtown spans across the downtown area with art galleries hosting receptions and art openings. Arts & Music at Wedgewood/Houston happens just south of downtown with more than a dozen venues welcoming guests each month.

First Saturday Art Crawl Downtown

On the first Saturday of every month, galleries throughout downtown Nashville open their doors, 6-9pm, for special events and exhibit openings. Guests can peruse and purchase the works of artists from Nashville and around the globe. There is no admission charge, and most galleries offer free wine and refreshments while you stroll through the spaces, creating a festive night out on the town.

Getting Here and Getting Around

More than 20 galleries participate each month throughout downtown Nashville. And you can choose to walk or you can choose to ride: there's a FREE art crawl downtown trolley by Gray Line! View the map of galleries and trolley stops. If you're driving downtown, visit nashvilledowntown.com for information on parking options nearby.

Arts & Music at Wedgewood/Houston

Each first Saturday, beginning at 6pm, more than a dozen venues — commercial art galleries, artist-run collectives, open studios, maker spaces, and pop-ups — welcome guests to engage with and enjoy the various forms of art on display. Arts & Music is free and open to the public every month.
