Georgia Middleman was raised in San Antonio, Texas, and received a BFA in Acting from New York University. After moving to Nashville, TN to pursue songwriting, she eventually landed a staff writer position at PolyGram Music and a recording contract with Giant Records. Her debut album Endless Possibilities was released in 2001, followed by Unchanged in 2004 which Georgia released on her own independent label. Georgia’s songs can be heard on the albums of Faith Hill, Martina McBride, Maia Sharp, Terri Clark, Joe Nichols, Tracy Lawrence and many others. Georgia currently writes for Green Hills Music Group.

A California native, Bob Regan has had songs recorded by artists ranging from Hank Williams Jr., Andy Williams, Roy Rogers, Keith Urban, BR549 and Donny Osmond. Bob’s hits include “Your Everything” by Keith Urban, “Every Time I Cry” by Terri Clark, “Steam” by Ty Herndon, “Busy Man” by Billy Ray Cyrus, “Running Out of Reasons to Run” by Rick Trevino, “Thinking About You” by Trisha Yearwood, “Soon” by Tanya Tucker and “Til Love Comes Again” by Reba McIntire. Regan served three terms as the President of NSAI's Board of Directors from 2003-2006. As NSAI’s President, Regan lobbied with NSAI in Washington, D.C., and was instrumental in NSAI’s introduction and the passage of the Songwriters Capital Gains Tax Equity Act. Under Regan’s stewardship, NSAI purchased the Music Mill, the organization’s first permanent headquarters on Music Row. Bob is the current legislative director of the NSAI and a writer for Woody Bomar’s new company, Green Hills Music Group.

Jeff Stevens wrote his first song at thirteen. At nineteen his first hit, “Atlanta Burned Again Last Night,” recorded by Atlanta, reached the Billboard Top Ten. In the late 80s Jeff landed an artist deal with Atlantic Records, where he recorded three albums. In 1993 he signed as a songwriter for Warner/Chappell. Soon after, he hit the top five with John Anderson’s “I Fell in the Water,” and landed a #1 record with Alabama’s “Reckless.” Stevens’ hit list includes: Atlanta’s “Sweet Country Music,” Blackhawk’s “Down in Flames,” Tracy Byrd’s “Big Love” and “I Wanna Feel That Way Again,” and Clay Walker’s “If You Ever Feel Like Loving Me Again.” George Strait has recorded five of Stevens’ songs, three of which were #1 records: “Carried Away” (ACM-nominated Song of the Year), “True” and “Carrying Your Love With Me” (title cut to CMA Album of the Year).
Jeff has current cuts by Brad Paisley and Jason Aldean, among others, and the recent #1 Tim McGraw smash, “Back When.” He is producing Capitol recording artist, singer/songwriter Luke Bryan. Their co-written single “All My Friends Say” is climbing the singles chart.
