MUSIC CITY HOT CHICKEN FESTIVAL East Park July 4, 11am-3pm Begin your 4th of July celebration with a Nashville culinary tradition - hot chicken! This is a free event that features the Nashville favorite, an amateur cooking competition, inflatable fun for the kids, a Yazoo Brewery beer garden and, of course, live music. The first 500 people will receive FREE hot chicken samples from Prince's Hot Chicken Shack, The Chicken Shack, 400 Degrees, Pepperfire Hot Chicken and Bolton's Spicy Chicken & Fish. Everyone after that can purchase the delicious hot chicken at the food garden. After you've licked your fingers, head on downtown for the FREE 4th of July festivities, music and awesome fireworks at Riverfront Park.
