A Music City Welcome

A Music City Welcome will give tour operators the opportunity to get their guests started on a high note in downtown Nashville. Groups will be greeted at the Visitor Information Center (VIC) by a knowledgeable, friendly CVB staffer. The staff member can provide groups with valuable information and ideas on how to spend their time downtown. We can also offer visitors coupons for popular downtown attractions such as the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Ryman Auditorium tour, and the Frist Center for the Visual Arts.

For guests who would rather spend the day shopping, the gift shop inside the VIC is a great place to start. There they will find a truly unique selection of music-themed merchandise; it’s more than just souvenirs!

Speaking of souvenirs, this welcome program will also give visitors a small memento to keep and the opportunity to be in the spotlight with the VIC's photo backdrop. From there, guests will be free to roam downtown at their leisure until it's time for their next adventure in Music City. It's a prelude to a great day.
