BONNAROO '14 SHUTTLE PROGRAM FAQ
Q: What if I miss a shuttle? Will I be able to jump on the other time?
A: If you miss the first time of the day, you will have the option to ride stand by for the next available shuttle. You are only guaranteed a seat on the time that you choose.
Q: What am I allowed to bring on the shuttle?
A: Each person is allowed to bring one purse or small backpack with them on the shuttle to carry personal belongings needed for the day (please review bonnaroo.com to see what is allowed and not allowed on site). There will be no camping equipment allowed on the shuttle.
Q: Is alcohol consumption allowed on the shuttle?
Q: After purchasing, can I switch my shuttle time?
A: Call CID guest services at (888) 805-8930 to arrange shuttle times.
Q: If I can no longer attend, can my friend use my shuttle pass? If yes, how would they pick it up from will call?
A: Name changes will only be accepted until May 30th by contacting email@example.com or (888) 805-8930.
Q: Where does the shuttle pick us up in Nashville?
A: The shuttle picks up at Lot N at LP Field where you can park your car for free.
Q: Where does the shuttle drop us off at Bonnaroo?
A: The shuttle drops off directly on the Bonnaroo site. It is approximately a 10 minute walk from the shuttle drop off point directly into Centeroo (the main venue) where all of the programming (music, comedy, art, etc.) takes place.
Q: Can I leave items on the bus for my return trip?
A: No, we cannot guarantee that the same bus will be used for the return trips, or the security of any items left on the bus. Please bring whatever you can carry with you for the fun filled day.
Q: How do I go about having access to an ADA equipped vehicle?
A: We will have ADA vehicles available for each shuttle time. Simply let us know in advance, and we will make sure that you have a seat/space reserved on the ADA shuttle. Accessible shuttle service may be arranged by contacting Guest Services at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: I no longer need the shuttle, can I have a refund?
A: There are no refunds available.
Q: Where is Will Call and what do I need to bring to pick up my passes?
A: Will Call location and check-in information will be available closer to the event.
Q: How will I know where to go and when for the shuttle?
A: Approximately 2 weeks prior to the festival, we will send out a detailed email providing you with all of the information needed for a seamless and fun weekend at Bonnaroo!
