Congratulations to the UConn Huskies on winning the NCAA Women's National Championship hosted in Nashville 2014!
Never before in college basketball had two undefeated teams squared off for a national championship. It was a historic night for Music City and the world.
Nashville was alive with energy for the 2014 NCAA Women's Final Four. Three days of festivities have celebrated with athletes, friends, and families to gear up for the big game. UConn beat Stanford and Notre Dame won over Maryland on April 6th, 2014 to move on to the national championship on April 8th, 2014.

The Broadway Bounce refreshed by Coca-Cola
Thousands of youth dribbled their way through downtown Nashville. Youth, 18 and under, participated in this FREE event. The Bounce route began at 6th Street and Demonbreun and concluded at Tourney Town. Participants received a t-shirt and basketball, donated by the NCAA and Wilson Sporting Goods Co. 4Kay Run Presented by Northwestern Mutual
More than 1,000 fans and families participated in the seventh annual 4Kay Run which was held in honor of the late NC State head women's basketball coach Kay Vow. Proceeds from the 4Kay will benefit cancer research through the Kay Yow Cancer Fund.
