New Year’s Eve ‘Bash on Broadway’ Offers Multiple Days of Free Music for Visitors
Nashville has been one big party these last few days with the Predators and Titans and now the Music City Bowl and New Year’s Eve celebration. Ring in the New Year and rock out the old with Music City and thousands of your closest friends at Nashville’s New Year’s Eve party on Lower Broadway. Bring your party hats. Make some noise. Count down to the fireworks and midnight "Music Note Drop®"!

The fifth annual event will feature headliner Grammy award-winning Country singer/songwriter Hank Williams Jr., Country up-and-comer Brett Eldredge, Southern rock group Blackberry Smoke, indie rock group Kopecky Family Band, singer/songwriting duo Striking Matches, and virtuoso pedal steel guitarist Robert Randolph. Striking Matches will kick off the festivities with a performance by Striking Matches at 6:30 p.m., immediately followed by the raising of Nashville’s own 15-foot-tall red Music Note at approximately 7 p.m. Revelers will count down to the New Year with the “Music Note Drop®”, triggering a fireworks display and confetti cannons as it reaches the midnight mark.
