Summer in Music City
When the weather heats up, so does the entertainment in Music
City.
Nashville kicks off its summer vacation with CMA
Music Festival, four full days of country music stars
performing their hits
on stages throughout downtown Nashville.
The party continues on July 4th as the city celebrates Music
City July 4th:
Let Freedom Sing with star-studded
performances and a spectacular fireworks display accompanied by the
GRAMMY
award-winning Nashville Symphony.
There are also plenty of activities to entertain the whole
family. Hit the water slides at Nashville Shores,
check out the changing
exhibits at Cheekwood’s 55-acre property,
wander through the human body at the Adventure
Science Center, stroll through the Nashville Zoo at
Grassmere, or
cheer on the Nashville Sounds baseball team at Greer
Stadium just to
name a few.
Of course, music is the main act every season in Nashville. Enjoy a
concert under the stars at
the Woods at Fontanel concert series, or head to the
Grand Ole Opry,
Bluebird Cafe or any of the live music venues around town for a
unique Nashville experience.
There's no better place to soak up the summer than in Music
City!
