Hospitality Membership Benefits
Hall of Fame ($5950)
NCVC members will receive a listing on the NCVC website (visitmusiccity.com) under the appropriate category (dining, lodging, convention services, etc.) as well as your listing in the Member section. In addition to your primary company description (900 characters or less) and general contact information, your listing will include one company logo, live link that will take visitors directly to your website, three additional live links to take visitors to your secondary website or social media pages as well as a 5-image photo gallery.
Listing(s) in the following NCVC publications by category where applicable:
- Nashville Visitors Guide: 250,000 printed semi-annually and distributed to visitors (500,000 annual circulation) as well a digital guide. (40,000+ unique readers)
- Meeting Planning Guide: 2,500 printed annually and distributed to meeting planners across the country who have booked their meeting or are considering booking their meeting in Nashville as well as a digital guide. (1000+ unique readers)
- Discounted Ad Rates: Members receive discounted rates on advertisements purchased in the Nashville Visitors Guide and Meeting Planning Guide. Advertisements are sold by Journal Communications. Inc.
Opportunity to display your company brochures in the NCVC Nashville Visitor Center located in the Bridgestone Arena tower and the NCVC Nashville Visitor Center at Fourth Avenue North and Commerce Street for visitor exposure.
NCVC Marketing Plan Access
Members have access to the NCVC annual Marketing Plan for reference in your own business planning.
Marketing Assets for Promotional Use
Upon approval, members will have permission to use the NCVC logo, image gallery, and promotional videos in your marketing materials and on your website with credits given to the NCVC.
Restaurant Concierge Maps
Dining members will be included on the Restaurant Concierge Map, custom maps created for hotel concierge to distribute to guests for dining recommendations by area of town.
Discounts & Deals Program
Participation in the Discounts & Deals Program gives your business opportunities for incremental sales and additional exposure through NCVC’s multiple marketing channels.
- Lodging Reservations
Hotels and lodging members have the opportunity to participate in a room reservation system with leisure visitors making reservations through a professional call center or online through visitmusiccity.com. Member participation is automatic for hotels with room inventory in the Global Distribution System (GDS) or through chain agreements.
- Leisure Vacation Packages
Hotels, attractions, events, restaurants and retail partners have the opportunity to participate in a vacation package reservation system managed by aRes Travel. Leisure visitors purchase themed experiences to match their interests and choose from a variety of hotel options to customize a package.
- Ticket Sales
Attractions and events have the opportunity to participate in a ticket reservation system managed by aRes Travel. Leisure visitors can purchase tickets through a professional call center, online through visitmusiccity.com, or at the Nashville Visitor Centers.
- Music City Total Access Pass
Attractions and tours have the opportunity to participate in the Total Access Pass program. This pass allows one individual to pick 4 attractions and/or tours from the list of those participating to visit during their time in Music City.
- Special Offers
NCVC members have the opportunity to provide discounted offers to three distinct audiences–Visitors, Convention Exhibitors, and fellow NCVC Members–via visitmusiccity.com, further extending the marketing opportunities through NCVC distribution channels.
Promotions, Giveaways, & Marketing Co-op Opportunities
Members will have the opportunity to participate in various promotions or marketing co-ops throughout the year. Promotions and giveaways are coordinated based on special events and industry happenings and aimed at increasing visitor room nights and are advertised through NCVC marketing channels and strategic partner programs. Notifications for opportunity to participate will be sent throughout the year and vary from regional, national, and international radio, television, internet, and retail options.
Visitor Inquiry List
Hall of Fame members have the opportunity to receive, every two weeks, the names and mailing addresses of potential visitors that have made inquiries into Music City. Member must opt-in to receive this distribution list.
Hall of Fame member website listings will rotate as a top listing under appropriate category searches as a “noteworthy” member on visitmusiccity.com.
Website Splash Page
Hall of Fame members will have the opportunity to host a page on the NCVC website featuring your company, service, or special program. Promotional links will direct members and visitors to these pages. Placement and duration dependent on content. Page designed upon member request.
As applicable, Hall of Fame members will be highlighted in Harmony, a weekly visitor-related e-newsletter. Harmony is targeted to potential visitors to Music City and promotes upcoming Nashville events, featured vacation packages, giveaways, social connections, links to discounts & deals, travel planning, and booking options. Members may request one specific highlight per renewal year and placement will be based upon availability and pertinence of content.
Member Email Blast
Hall of Fame members will have the opportunity to send one targeted marketing email to the NCVC member database once per renewal year. Email designed and sent upon member request. (Distribution ~ 3,000)
Sell Nashville/Tourism Connection Sponsorship Opportunity
Hall of Fame members will have the opportunity to sponsor either the bi-monthly Sell Nashville meeting or quarterly Tourism Connection meeting. The sponsorship includes a sign with company name/logo and five minutes at the start of the meeting to address attendees in order to promote the member business. Pre-payment is required in order to reserve a date and this opportunity is available to members once per renewal year.
Lodging Sales Leads
Lodging members will receive convention room night leads based on specific client requirements. Room night leads are applicable only to the properties subject to the Davidson County Hotel/Motel tax.
Where applicable, you will receive tourism leads and tourism service leads based on the clients' specific requirements for lodging room nights, attractions, dining, sightseeing tours, etc. These leads represent potential business generated from domestic and international tour operators at industry trade shows and Tourism Sales Missions.
Where applicable, you will receive catering leads based on clients' specific requirements. These leads represent potential business requesting meeting space and less than 10 room nights for their group.
Tourism Sales Missions
You will receive an invitation to attend Tourism Sales Mission trips with our Tourism Sales Team. Occurring multiple times per year, these trips target AAA, international inbound receptive operators, domestic tour operators, and student tour operators with the goal of bringing their groups to Nashville.
Monthly TAP Report Delivery
Upon request and upon member participation, hotel members can receive the TAP (Trends, Analysis & Projections) Report to be used as a pace benchmark tool.
Hall of Fame members will receive an invitation to attend NCVC Roadshows led by the NCVC Convention & Tourism Sales Teams. The roadshows take place in major cities across the country on a periodic basis and are designed to "sell Nashville" to meeting planners for their conventions and meetings or to tour operators as a group leisure destination. Your participation gives you the opportunity to sell your services while promoting Nashville. Member is responsible for associated travel costs and expenses.
Client Sales Events/Host City Events
Hall of Fame members will receive an invitation to attend various Client Sales Events and Host City Events as they are held in Nashville throughout the year in order to sell the city as a meeting destination. These events will give you direct exposure to key meeting planners with potential to bring their business to Music City.
Tradeshow Booth Participation
Hall of Fame members will receive an invitation to participate in industry tradeshow booth partnerships in conjunction with the NCVC Sales Team for the purpose of selling Nashville as a destination. Tradeshow participation varies and partner participation is subject to availability. Member is responsible for associated travel costs and expenses.
Roadshow Call Report
Two weeks after each Roadshow, participants will receive a report including contact information and future booking information from each sales call made during the Roadshow. Upon request, Hall of Fame members not participating in the Roadshow can receive the Call Report one month after the Roadshow.
Convention Exhibitor Special Offers
NCVC members have the opportunity to provide discounted offers to Convention Exhibitors in order for them to utilize local member services and products for their convention or meeting. Offers are presented to meeting planners via the NCVC Convention Services Team and are displayed on visitmusiccity.com.
NCVC member businesses will be referred to clients based on their specific meeting and convention needs. Member business and contact information is provided through the NCVC Convention Services Manager and is communicated directly to clients to help them source vendors for their convention needs.
Convention Services Maps
Where applicable, you will be listed on visitor maps created by our Convention Services team and distributed to conventioneers when they arrive in town. These maps include dining, special event venue, and live music & entertainment options.
Hall of Fame members receive access to the rolling 18-month NCVC Convention Calendar which includes the name of the incoming convention group, *contact information for the sales contact & services contact, arrival and departure dates, number of attendees, and headquarter hotel. This 18-month convention calendar allows you to prepare and plan for upcoming conventions in Music City and to be proactive and reach out to the meeting planners during their planning stages. * Some information may not be available at the client’s request or due to a third party booking.
EVENTS & NETWORKING
Nashville’s National Tourism Week Hospitality Industry Celebration
Held each May during National Travel & Tourism Week, you will receive an invitation to Nashville’s National Tourism Week Hospitality Industry Celebration. This member event awards the annual Music City Hitmakers award for outstanding customer service and is a great opportunity to network with hospitality leaders.
A bi-monthly meeting designed to offer members the opportunity to network and share company news and information with the group of fellow members. You will hear from the NCVC Executive Staff on industry updates and insight into current NCVC sales, marketing, and public affairs efforts.
A quarterly networking meeting designed to update members on leisure marketing and tourism-specific sales efforts. Members learn about citywide tourism efforts with an opportunity to network and share company news and information with the group of fellow members.
SiriusXM Heroes Behind the Hits Songwriter Shows
Hall of Fame members will receive invitations to these live radio show tapings held throughout the year featuring songwriters of some of the biggest hits in music. This intimate event is a great opportunity for client entertainment. Attendance is complimentary and exclusive sponsorships are available. Invitations and attendance are based on availability.
This individualized weekly meeting allows members to participate in a brainstorming session with representatives from various NCVC teams to discuss ways to maximize your membership. Members present your company/service to educate staff on business strengths and ways to best utilize your services. Available to Hall of Fame members once per renewal year. Must schedule with NCVC membership team.
Chairman and President’s Lunch
The exclusive Chairman and President’s Lunch, held in the fall at various member locations, is a great opportunity to network with other member executives and hear from the NCVC Chairman and President on the state of the Nashville hospitality industry. One free tickets is sent to Hall of Fame members.
VIP Invitations to NCVC-Produced Events
Hall of Fame members will receive VIP invitations to NCVC produced events including Let Freedom Sing: Music City July 4th, Music City Midnight: New Year’s Eve in Nashville, Music City Walk of Fame Induction Ceremonies, and exclusive SiriusXM Heroes Behind the Hits Songwriter Shows.
New Member Orientation
New Member Orientation is designed to educate you on the hospitality industry, how the NCVC markets and sells Music City as a destination, and ways you can maximize your membership benefits. This orientation is held monthly at the NCVC office over lunch and is open to new members and new employees at current members.
Music City Sound Check
Attend all five sessions (Nashville Backstage: Downtown, West, East; Creating Applause; and All Access) to earn the title of Platinum Ambassador. Participants will receive accolades from the Mayor and recognition for their achievement.
A series of sessions designed to familiarize members and their staff with all of the unique neighborhoods in Music City and the visitor offerings within each one. Upon completion of each session, participants will receive a free pass to some of the area's hottest spots and attractions so that they may gain first-hand knowledge of the area's offerings.
- Nashville Backstage: Downtown
The hub of the entertainment that defines Music City, Downtown Nashville is alive with exciting live music, great food, and elegant hotels. Explore the honky tonks and neon lights in SoBro, the upscale restaurants and vibrant nightlife in The Gulch, and the unique shops in Germantown. Take a virtual tour of the attractions that make this area a must-see, including the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, the Frist Center for the Visual Arts, and the Schermerhorn Symphony Center.

Visitors of all ages and interests are falling in love with these neighborhoods due to amazing restaurants, indie rock scene, vintage and eclectic shopping, and the vibrant and artistic culture. There is a beautiful harmony between the classic country sounds heard from the Opry stage and the eclectic, ever changing lineups found in edgy East Nashville.
Creating Applause seeks to help your employees create an authentic and memorable experience for guests through remarkable customer service. The session will focus on attitude, product knowledge, listening skills, problem solving, exceeding expectations, and more.
This disability sensitivity training session will ensure your business is welcoming to all guests. Participants will learn about disability etiquette, communication skills, and the customer service side of the Americans with Disabilities Act. This session features individuals with disabilities as they provide the tactical training elements and also share authentic, first-hand experience, enriching the knowledge of the participants.
Personalized On-Site Training
Opportunity to host Nashville Backstage: Downtown, East, West and All Access programs at your office/location specifically for your employees and business. Must have at least ten attendees for an onsite session.
Hospitality Works Job Board
Members will have access to post job openings and search for candidates on Hospitality Works, Nashville’s first centralized website for job listings in the hospitality industry.
Preferred Vendor List
Member businesses will be listed on the Preferred Vendor List, a list of companies who support the Nashville hospitality industry, and is available to all NCVC members. The Preferred Vendor List is used by hospitality and community professionals to help choose the best vendors for their business needs.

Members have access to the NCVC member portal to access valuable membership and hospitality industry information. Member-to-Member Special Offers
Special Offers is a discount program giving NCVC members the opportunity to both offer and receive discounts for goods and services to and from fellow members though multiple NCVC marketing and distribution channels.
Hall of Fame members have access to a list of all NCVC members including business contact name and mailing address, provided in a workable Excel spreadsheet. This is a valuable list to help you market your business to the local hospitality industry and can be requested once per renewal year.
Annual Report Recognition
You will receive recognition as an NCVC Hall of Fame member in the NCVC Annual Report. This report is distributed to members as well as city and state government and tourism officials.

Visitor Center Event Usage
Hall of Fame members have the opportunity to rent the Visitor Center located in the Bridgestone Arena tower for one company event/reception per renewal year. Scheduling based on availability.
Music City Inc. Donation
A portion of Hall of Fame membership investments will be tax deductible and allocated to Music City Inc., the NCVC Foundation. Music City, Inc. seeks to enhance the NCVC’s programs, providing education, training, and research benefiting Nashville citizens, the workforce of its hospitality industry, and visitors to Music City.
