Member Information for Website Listings and Publications
Your listing on the NCVB website increases your exposure to visitors and meeting planners interested in Music City. It’s crucial to keep your business information up-to-date at all times. This information is also used when publishing the Nashville Visitors Guide and Meeting Planning Guide. _Update your business information.

Schedule a Member Forum
This individualized weekly meeting allows members to participate in a brainstorming session with a representative from each NCVB team to discuss ways to maximize your membership. Members present your company/service to educate staff on business strengths and ways to best utilize your services.

Attend Hospitality Industry Training
Music City is known for its welcoming spirit. The NCVB Training Program works to ensure the city’s hospitality industry reflects that same spirit, and brings to life the authentic nature of Music City to create a memorable experience for visitors. Offer Discounts & Deals
Discounts & Deals is a special offer program giving NCVB members the opportunity to target three distinct audiences with potential to patronize Music City organizations and businesses (visitors, conventioneers, and CVB members). Make Connections at Networking Events
Mark your calendar to attend all Nashville CVB networking events. These exclusive events are vital to staying current on industry happenings and community news. Learn more about NCVB Networking Events.

Access the Convention Calendar
The NCVB Convention Calendar lists the name of the convention group, arrival and departure dates, number of attendees and headquarter hotel of most convention business in Music City. Additionally, Double Platinum members and above have access to meeting planner contact information. This list allows you to be proactive in staffing and reaching out to the meeting planners during their convention planning stages. Log in to the Convention Calendar.

Brochure Racks
Each year, over 100,000 visitors walk through the doors of the NCVB Visitor Information Centers located in the Bridgestone Arena tower and the NCVB Office Lobby at Fourth Avenue North and Commerce Street. Only members can display information in the brochures racks. 

Utilize Sales Leads
Depending on your business type, you will receive sales leads based on client specifications. These leads represent potential business for hotel rooms, venues, tickets, tours and services. Prompt responses to these requests increase your opportunities to earn potential business.  

Promotions & Marketing Co-op Opportunities
Members have the opportunity to participate in various promotions or marketing co-ops throughout the year. Promotions are coordinated based on special events and industry happenings and aimed at increasing visitor room nights. Promotions are advertised through NCVB marketing channels and strategic partner programs and vary from regional, national, and international radio, television, internet, and retail options.

Participate in Vacation Packages
Hotels, Attractions and Events have the opportunity to participate in a tickets and vacation package reservation system managed by the NCVB and promoted through all NCVB marketing programs. Leisure visitors purchase pre-formed packages or choose from a variety of hotel and ticket options to customize a package. See current Vacation Packages.

Participate in Sales Mission Trips
Depending on your membership level, you will have the opportunity to attend various sales mission trips led by the NCVB Sales Team. Trips take place in major markets across the country and are designed to “sell Nashville” to meeting & group travel planners.  Your participation also gives you the opportunity to sell your own business.
