Nashville Backstage: West
Move west of downtown and discover several hip neighborhoods with endless opportunities for fun. Delve into Nashville's culture and history on Music Row, enjoy a unique shopping adventure in Hillsboro Village or join a late night dance party in Midtown. There's something for every kind of taste with offerings such as Historic RCA Studio B, Cheekwood, the Parthenon, and Arrington Vineyards. Upon completion, session participants will receive a free pass to some of the area's hottest spots and attractions so that they may gain first-hand knowledge of the city's offerings.
Nashville Backstage: East
Music City's eastside neighborhoods are quirky, diverse, and evolving. Visitors of all ages and interests are falling in love with this area due to its amazing restaurants, indie rock scene, the vintage and eclectic shopping, and the vibrant and artistic culture. There is a beautiful harmony between the classic country sounds heard from the Opry stage and the eclectic, ever-changing lineups at The 5 Spot. Creating Applause seeks to help your employees create an authentic and memorable experience for guests by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations. The session will focus on attitude, product knowledge, listening skills, problem solving, and more.
This unique and award-winning session on disability sensitivity will ensure your business is welcoming to all guests. Participants will learn about disability etiquette, communication skills, and the customer service side of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The CVC partners with experts from the Center for Independent Living and the Disability Law and Advocacy Center to deliver this unique and informative session. These individuals provide the tactical training elements and also share authentic, first-hand experience, enriching the knowledge of the participants.
