You will be recognized as an NCVB Hall of Fame member in the NCVB Annual Report. This report is distributed to members as well as city and state government.

You will have the opportunity to send one (annual) targeted marketing email to the NCVB local database.

You will have the opportunity to have a customized, full page on the NCVB website featuring your company/service. Promotional links will direct members and visitors to these pages.

Visitor Information Center
You will have the opportunity to use the Visitor Information Center located at the Sommet Center for one company event/reception. Scheduling based on availability.

SALES

NCVB Road Shows
You will have the opportunity to attend annual NCVB Road Shows led by our Sales team. The road shows take place in major cities across the country and are designed to "sell Nashville" to meeting planners. Your participation gives you the opportunity to sell your service as well.

Site Visit/Sales Call Assistance
You will be included in site visit itineraries when applicable for direct access to key meeting planners and decision-makers. In addition, you are eligible to participate in group sales calls to key organizations such as Experient, ConferenceDirect, HelmsBriscoe and other targeted clients.

CONVENTION SERVICES

NCVB Promotional Trips
You will have the opportunity to accompany a Convention Services representative in a promotional booth at a convention to help promote your business and Nashville for the next year's convention coming to Music City.

EVENTS/NETWORKING

NCVB Events
You will receive special VIP invitations/access to NCVB events.

GOVERNMENT/COMMUNITY RELATIONS

Music City, Inc.
A portion of your Hall of Fame membership investment will be tax deductible and allocated to Music City, Inc., the NCVB Foundation.
