Opportunity to display your company brochures in the NCVB Visitor Centers located in the Sommet Center and the NCVB Office Lobby at Fourth Avenue North and Commerce Street.

Publications
Listings in the following NCVB publications where applicable:
• Vacation Guide: 550,000 printed annually and distributed to visitors/tourists
• Meeting Planning Guide: 5,000 printed annually and distributed to meeting planners across the country who are either bringing or thinking of bringing their convention/meeting to Nashville.
• Group Travel Planner: 5,000 printed annually and distributed to group tour operators and travel agents with detailed information on attractions, dining, entertainment, events, lodging, music and more.

Website Listing
You will receive a listing on the NCVB website under the appropriate category (dining, lodging, convention services, etc) in addition to your listing in the member section.

E-Newsletters

Receive multiple monthly e-newsletters keeping you informed on what is happening as it relates to the Nashville Hospitality Community and what the NCVB is doing for you.

Visitor Information Center Forums
You will have the opportunity to present your company to our Visitor Information Center staff through our monthly Marketing Member forums.

Press Tours
Your company will be included in the tour options for journalists visiting Nashville to research stories and/or articles for major publications.

Visitor Center Discounts
You receive a 15% discount on merchandise at the NCVB Visitor Information Center located at the Sommet Center and NCVB Office Lobby at Fourth Avenue North and Commerce Street.

CONVENTION SERVICES

Convention Calendar
You will receive access to the rolling 3-month NCVB Convention Calendar which includes the name of the group, arrival and departure dates, number of attendees and headquarter hotel. This 3-month convention calendar allows you to be proactive and reach out to the meeting planners during their planning stages.

Convention Services Member Forum
You will have the opportunity to present your company/service to the Convention Services team in an effort to educate the staff on what your company can bring to the conventions and meetings that the NCVB services.

Convention Services Maps
You will be listed where applicable on visitor maps created by our Convention Services team and distributed to conventioneers when they arrive in town.

Dine-Around Restaurant/Menu Book
You will be included in the Dine-Around Restaurant / Menu Book given to conventioneers and meeting planners.

HOSPITALITY TRAINING

Creating Applause
You and your staff are invited to participate in the training session “Creating Applause,” a customer service-oriented program designed specifically for the hospitality industry.

Nashville Backstage Pass

A training program designed to educate NCVB members on what Music City has to offer in regards to attractions, events, tours, restaurants and nightlife. All attendees that complete the training session will receive a Backstage Pass providing admission to over 40 area attractions.

All Access
A disability sensitivity training session designed to introduce session participants to the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), disability etiquette communication skills and seizure first aid.

SALES/LEADS

Sales Leads – Hotels
You will receive room night leads based on specific requirements. Room night leads are applicable only to the hotels subject to the Davidson County Hotel/Motel tax.

Tourism Leads

You will have the opportunity to receive Tourism leads and Tourism Service leads based on the clients’ specific requirements.

Sales Member Forums
You will be given the opportunity to present your company to our sales team in an effort to educate your staff so that they can use your company’s services to help sell the client on Nashville.

EVENTS/NETWORKING

New Member Orientation
Held bi-monthly at the CVB offices, this member event is designed to educate you on what the NCVB does and how you can maximize your membership. Lunch and networking takes place prior to the orientation.

Sell Nashville
A bi-monthly meeting designed to offer you an opportunity to network over a continental breakfast as well as share news and information on your company to the group. You will have the opportunity to hear from NCVB Executive Staff on industry happenings and how you can benefit and get involved.

Music City AM/PM
Held at various member venues, Music City A.M./P.M. is a unique opportunity for you to network with other members in a relaxed atmosphere where you can share your successes and challenges with each other.
