Music City Walk of Fame - 10 Years
The Music City Walk of Fame celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2016
The Music City Walk of Fame on Nashville's Music Mile is a landmark tribute to those from all genres of music who have contributed to the world through song or other industry collaboration and made a significant contribution to the music industry with connection to Music City.
The first Music City Walk of Fame induction ceremony was held in November of 2006 with Boudleaux & Felice Bryant, Roy Orbison, Ronnie Milsap, Reba McEntire, Fisk Jubilee Singers, and Kenneth Schermerhorn as the inaugural class to receive stars in the Walk. More than 70 stars now line the Music City Walk of Fame and boast names like Little Richard, Frances Preston, Mike Curb, Dolly Parton, Tootsie Bess, Manuel, Les Paul, Keith Urban, and Little Jimmy Dickens.
