Membership Double Platinum Level

The Visitor Inquiry List is made up of names and addresses of potential visitors to Music City. These visitor inquiries are collected via phone in the Visitor Services Call Center or via the NCVB website, www.visitmusiccity.com and distributed weekly to our Double Platinum members per their request.

Any Double Platinum Member that wishes to be added to the weekly Visitor Inquiry distribution list must submit their Purpose of Use to the Visitor Services department for approval prior to their addition to distribution. Any misuse of visitor information such as, but not limited to, release of visitor information to another entity will be treated as forfeiture of benefit. Once approved, the Double Platinum Member will begin to receive the Visitor Inquiry List weekly. Past Visitor Inquiry Lists will not be able to be made available to member.

The Visitor Inquiry List will be sent as an excel spreadsheet. The Visitor Inquiry list has been filtered for content and every effort is made to maintain the integrity of the Visitor Inquiry List, but the NCVB is not responsible for incorrect or duplicated information.
