The Leisure Sales Program is a Room, Ticket and Package Sales Initiative designed to generate interest in Music City and to provide visitors with a one-stop, user-friendly service to plan travel to Nashville.
The purpose of the Leisure Sales Program is to generate incremental sales for hotels, attractions, restaurants, and special events.
The Leisure Sales Program uses a custom online booking engine for hotel reservations, package sales, and advance ticket purchases. This technology provides the CVB with a user-friendly online reservation process while providing our participating members with flexible rate options allowing hotels and attractions to apply revenue management strategies effectively for their organization.
The Leisure Sales Program consists of: - Hotel Room-Only Reservations
- Hotel Packages (room reservation + added value amenity for one price)
- Attraction Tickets (individual and combination tickets)
- Vacation Packages (pre-bundled attractions plus hotels for one price)
Participation Requirements: - Platinum Level Membership
- Agreement signed by Director of Sales
- Hotels Subject to the Davidson County Hotel/Motel tax
- Hotel Room-Only commissions of 10% per realized room night
The Leisure Sales Program is actively marketed to visitors via promotion on the NCVB website (www.visitmusiccity.com), through the NCVB Visitor Services Department (Visitor Inquiry and Fulfillment Center), NCVB print radio and online marketing, and packaging of special events.
