RING IN THE 2017 WITH ELEGANT FOUR-COURSE NEW YEAR’S EVE
CELEBRATION DINNER AT TRATTORIA IL MULINO
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – (Dec. 5, 2016) – Music City’s go-to destination for Abruzzese-inspired fine-dining Italian fare, Trattoria Il Mulino, invites guests to an intimate four-course celebration dinner on New Year’s Eve, December 31, between 5pm and 11pm.
“Holidays are always a special time at Trattoria Il Mulino because we believe in creating memorable dining experiences for everyone,” says General Manager Rinaldo Mataj.
“Our New Year’s Eve dinner will feature a beautifully created menu from Executive Chef Thomas Cook, a specially-selected wine pairing from our Sommelier Rob Guimaraes, and a breath-taking chocolate dessert from our Pastry Chef, Raquel Gonzalez.”
For the Primi or first course, guests will choose from the Burrata with baby arugula, prosciutto, roasted tomato, capers and roasted peppers, or the Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with Cointreau cocktail sauce. For the Secondi course, guests will enjoy the Porcini Ravioli with a delicate champagne truffle crème. For the Entrée, guests will choose between the Filet Rossini with white truffle whipped potatoes, foie gras and truffle bordelaise, the Seared Diver Scallops with lobster ravioli, haricot verts and vanilla bean butter, the Veal Chip Marsala, a double-cut veal chop with wild mushroom risotto and marsala demi, or the Balsamic Roasted Half Chicken with garlic fingerling potatoes, asparagus and rosemary sauce. For the fourth course, Dolce, we finish with the exquisite Chocolate Decadence.
Tickets for the New Year’s Eve dinner are $115 per adult, plus tax and gratuity, with an optional $45 wine pairing per adult, plus tax and gratuity.
