THREE LOCAL INDUSTRIES COLLIDE AT BEER+FARM POP-UP DINNER
Local Chefs, Brewmasters and Farmers Will Come Together April 22nd for Pop-up Dinner
FRANKLIN, Tenn. (April 11, 2016) – Beer lovers and foodies alike are invited to indulge in an extensive five-course dinner, complete with craft beer pairings from Mantra Artisan Ales, at the Eat Like Kings BEER+FARM Pop-up dinner on Friday, April 22nd.
A collaboration between Mantra Artisan Ales and Eat Like Kings, the exclusive farm-to-brewhouse dinner will also feature fresh, organic ingredients supplied by Delvin Farm, located just up the road in College Grove.
“Most of our beers are inspired by international flavors, but they’re meant to be food-friendly and they’re supposed to inspire a conversation,” said Derrick Morse, Mantra Artisan Ales founder and brewmaster. “Our beers are intended to be enjoyed in this kind of setting—paired with high-quality, locally sourced dishes at a dinner table.”
For the first event of the Mantra brewery pop-up dinner series, the taproom at Mantra will be transformed with two, taproom-length communal tables to encourage table discussions and create a truly one-of-a-kind dining experience.
Tickets for the April 22nd dinner are $75 per person and include a high-quality, five-course dinner with Mantra beer pairings and unlimited beer pours. For an additional $40, guests can also opt-in to receive a special takeaway package, containing Mantra’s custom Saffron IPA and cheese nuts, Japa and milk chocolate nuts, Battleground beer nuts and a growler of choice.
While menu details are being kept a surprise, guests can expect unique and exciting dishes to complement the novel varieties and flavors of Mantra’s brews.
“We wanted to bring together talented chefs, brewmasters and farmers to create a culinary experience unlike any other that highlights Nashville and Williamson County’s local food system,” said Morse. “We hope people will come ready to experience new tastes and flavors, to support local businesses and to have a great time.”
Space for the Eat Like Kings BEER+FARM Pop-up dinner is limited to 70 seats, so interested patrons are encouraged to reserve their spots early. Find more information on the event and purchase your tickets here, or visit the Facebook event page here.
