Nashville Jazz Workshop Debuts New JAZZ Lunch Event
Entertaining Music-themed Lunch Available for Groups
Nashville, TN. (April 28, 2015) The Nashville Jazz Workshop offers JAZZ Lunch, a new jazz-themed group event, promoting the diversity of music in Nashville, for group tour operators and select corporate events or private groups. The hour and a half JAZZ Lunch, loaded with musical entertainment is based on jazz legends, including Duke Ellington, George Gershwin, Cole Porter and more. Guests will relish the upbeat atmosphere of “The Jazz Cave” as they enjoy fascinating stories about the music, the era, and the artist while dining.
Wednesday, May 6, the Nashville Jazz Workshop presents a preview of this new JAZZ Lunch at 11:30 a.m.
The debut spotlights the life and times of Johnny Mercer with enduring hits including “Moon River,” and “Days of Wine and Roses,” performed by a Nashville Jazz Workshop trio with two vocalists and a historic narrative. Mark your calendar for May 6, from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. to attend this showcase and enjoy a delicious lunch from SOVA.
