HUTTON HOTEL’S LAURA CUNNINGHAM INDUCTED INTO LES CLEFS D’OR
Chief concierge honored as the only active member of the prestigious organization in Tennessee
NASHVILLE (July 17, 2015) – Nashville’s Hutton Hotel is proud to announce chief concierge Laura Cunningham has been granted membership to Les Clefs d’Or. Cunningham is Tennessee’s only active member in the exclusive association of the country’s top concierge professionals.
Les Clefs d’Or is a celebrated international association of professional hotel concierges marked by the telltale crossed gold keys worn by members to signify their dedication to professionalism. Each member who bares the keys is considered a local expert of his or her respective city whose primary concern is the safety and pleasure of the guests. Les Clefs d’Or concierges look after their guests, always looking for opportunity to exceed expectations. Cunningham has been a part of the concierge team at the Hutton Hotel since its opening in 2009. Her passion for helping people and her lighthearted nature led her to the hospitality industry. She uses her extensive knowledge of the city to provide a luxury service all each guest of the four-star property. Cunningham is constantly inspired by the guests she interacts with on a daily basis at the hotel, as she is constantly going above and beyond to provide first rate service to those she encounters.
In addition to this recent honor, Cunningham has received various accolades for her work in Nashville’s hospitality industry. In November 2013, she was recognized as Hutton Hotel’s “Employee of the Month” and has been a member of the Music City Concierge Association since 2009, serving as both secretary and vice president. In 2014, Cunningham was granted with the “Stars of the Industry: Lodging Employee of the Year” award by the Nashville Greater Hospitality and Lodging Association and the Tennessee Hospitality and Lodging Association. As the only active Les Clefs d’Or member in the state of Tennessee, Cunningham’s dedication to service makes her an invaluable asset to the Hutton Hotel and the city.
